Situation with QSLs and Bureau in Azerbaijan.

    Since USSR was crashed we began to use our local QSL bureau (Before all Soviet Republics used Box in Moscow). For the first time it worked good, but now we have problems with our Bureau and our local post service. At this time we have about 10 amateurs, who really want to receive and send QSL cards. But it is too expensive for these people to have Bureau in our not rich country. And everyone try to find another way to receive QSLs. Some people use QSL managers, others  use addresses in others countries . Therefore we can  only receive QSL cards via our Bureau. To send some QSL to You we have to wait when we'll collect a lot of QSLs to send one big package to Your Bureau. Also to pay this package we must find some sponsors for it. But we cannot do it very often. And that is way we cannot guarantee, that You will receive our QSL via Bureau 100%.
